Guests will receive an on-site resort credit for any non–RMC-hosted events.

Upon check-in, please be prepared to provide a personal credit card to be placed on file for incidental charges.

Getting There
Pinnacle 2026 is located at the Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, and your gateway is Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) (a.k.a Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport.)
From PVR, the resort is approximately 45–60 minutes by car. Ground transportation details to/from the Resort will be arranged and provided.
Booking Your Flights
Airfare is your responsibility to book, and we strongly encourage you to act quickly — popular routes to PVR during this time of year fill fast.

Expenses
A flight allowance of $1,250 per person will be provided, which includes coverage for checked luggage fees, airport parking and/or transfers to and from your home, and any in-transit expenses between where you start and finish your trip and the PVR airport.
This allowance may also be applied toward a seat upgrade — however, any costs exceeding the allowance will be at the traveler's own expense.

Extend Your Stay
Love it so much you don't want to leave? We get it.
Pinnacle winners have the option to extend their stay by two nights — either before or after the main program, at your own expense.

Group Rate
$595 per room, per night (subject to room inventory)
Please note: A 15% taxable service and administrative charge will be applied to all room charges, and a 5% Hospitality Tax will be applied to all guest bills.
Before Booking Your Flights & Registering

Secure PTO approval from your GM or Director prior to making any arrangements.

Email Patrick Greer by Wednesday, May 20 to submit your extension request and confirm room availability.

Patrick will coordinate directly with the hotel on your behalf — if your requested dates are available, your room will be secured automatically.

Once your extension is confirmed, book your flights and return to this site to complete your Travel Registration form.

If you are pre-or-post extending, do not book your flights or complete this form until you have received availability confirmation from Patrick Greer.
Please note that entering Mexico requires a valid passport for the duration of your stay. While a full six months of remaining validity is not strictly required, it is strongly recommended — and we'd hate for a passport technicality to stand between you and Punta Mita.
